How we engage / Embedded

Senior engineers who work as part of your team.

Add a UTIS engineer to your team, sprints and tools while keeping control of your product priorities. A UTIS practitioner assesses technical fit before you review a profile. We support onboarding, regular check-ins and stakeholder feedback, with onsite, hybrid or remote arrangements agreed for the role.

    Clear responsibilities and handover.

Conceptual workflow. Scope, validation and delivery responsibilities are agreed for each engagement.

Your priorities

When this approach fits

These are common reasons to bring UTIS into the work.

01

You need expertise beyond a keyword match.

The engineer needs to understand the problem, ask useful questions and work with the team already responsible for the system.

02

The role will evolve after the start date.

Feedback, coaching and planned handover help the engagement keep pace with changing delivery needs.

03

The start depends on more than an interview.

Contracts, screening, accounts and access requirements need to be coordinated alongside technical fit.
