This notice explains how United Technologies & Information Services LLC (UTIS) handles personal information collected through this website and related inquiry or application correspondence. Contact us at contact@utisllc.com or 300 Spectrum Center Drive, Suite 400, Irvine, CA 92618.
What do we collect when you contact us?
The meeting request form asks for your name, email address, discussion details and preferred meeting date, time and time zone. The general inquiry form asks for your name, email address and message. Company and topic are optional. These are identifiers, professional information and the content of your request. An accepted request is used to evaluate and respond to your inquiry, coordinate a requested meeting by email and acknowledge receipt. A meeting request is not a confirmed calendar reservation.
Accepted submissions are stored privately with a reference, source page, submission time and delivery status. We use this information to handle your request, send an acknowledgment, support delivery and protect the service from abuse.
When secure submission is enabled, a spam check and a short-lived keyed rate-limit identifier protect the forms. The application does not store raw IP addresses in its lead records; hosting and spam-protection providers may process network and device information to provide their services. Please do not send government identifiers, payment information, health information or confidential client materials.
Who receives the information?
Authorized UTIS personnel receive information needed to handle your request or application. We use Cloudflare for website hosting, network security, spam protection, database services and private file storage; Resend to deliver form notifications and receipts; and business email services, including Microsoft 365, for correspondence. We use HubSpot to handle commercial inquiries and follow-up. A declared consulting or employer-staffing request may create or reuse a contact and add a request note and follow-up task. Existing contact ownership is preserved. Requests whose purpose is unclear are reviewed before commercial processing. Dedicated job applications and résumés are kept outside this website-to-HubSpot handoff. These providers receive the information needed for their services, subject to access restrictions for the relevant business purpose. Applying for a role does not add you to advertising audiences or marketing mailing lists. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect legal rights, subject to applicable law.
What happens when you apply for a role?
The Careers page collects your name, email address, any role reference, optional location, availability, expertise and context, and a PDF or DOCX résumé to assess your qualifications and respond to your application. Your résumé may include education, employment history, professional qualifications and other information you choose to provide. Accepted application details and the résumé are stored privately. UTIS receives the application and may receive the résumé as an email attachment; you may receive an application receipt by email. Hosting, database, file-storage, email-delivery and spam-protection providers process information needed for these functions. A receipt confirms that the application was received; it does not confirm an interview or offer. Our standard retention period for application records and résumés is four years from the latest relevant hiring activity. We review records before deletion and retain them longer where required by applicable law, a legal hold or an unresolved claim. A submission date alone does not determine when a recruitment record can be deleted. Email attachments and other recruitment records are included in the retention review; deleting a website copy does not automatically delete those other copies. The email alternative opens your email app; you decide what to send and attach your résumé there. Opening that link or copying the email address does not submit an application. A file selected on this website is not attached to that email automatically. Do not include sensitive personal information or client-confidential work samples.
What privacy choices do you have?
You may contact us to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. The rights and exceptions that apply depend on your location and applicable law. Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, California residents may request information about the categories, sources, purposes and recipients of their personal information, access to specific information, correction or deletion, subject to legal exceptions. They may also have the right to opt out of sale or sharing and to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information. UTIS will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
Send a request to contact@utisllc.com or by mail to the address above. Tell us which right you want to exercise. We may request information needed to verify a request or an authorized agent’s authority; do not send sensitive identity documents by ordinary email. We review requests using the contact details and information already associated with the request or application. If verification is needed, we ask only for information reasonably necessary to establish identity or authority. An authorized agent may be asked for signed permission and, where permitted, direct confirmation from the person concerned. We respond within the time required by applicable law and explain any exception that limits a request. Please identify the email address used with UTIS and any submission reference, if available, without sending passwords or sensitive identity documents.
We do not sell personal information collected through this website or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use sensitive personal information submitted here for unrelated purposes. Sending an inquiry or application does not subscribe you to marketing communications. If you receive optional marketing from UTIS, you may use its unsubscribe instructions or contact us to change your preference.
How are cookies and analytics handled?
Optional analytics and advertising tags are disabled. Where available, the site’s privacy preferences control optional analytics and advertising; Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track prevents those optional tags from loading. Your browser can remember these choices for up to 180 days, and you can change them through Privacy preferences; browser restrictions may prevent the choices from being saved. The preference record contains your choices, their version and the time they were saved, without an analytics identifier or event history. Operational services used to respond to a request are separate from optional marketing consent.
How long do we keep information?
The website's operational copy of an inquiry or meeting request has a 90-day retention period from receipt. After that period, it is eligible for deletion once delivery and processing are resolved. We retain unresolved requests as needed to complete or recover their delivery, and may retain information longer for security, legal obligations or a dispute. Business correspondence and any separately maintained customer relationship records are kept for as long as reasonably needed for the relationship, the purpose of the record and applicable obligations. Deleting the website copy does not automatically delete email, provider backup or separately maintained business records; those copies are subject to their own retention and review.
How do we protect information?
We use access controls and technical safeguards appropriate to the information and the service. No website, email service or storage system can guarantee complete security. Send only the information needed for your request and contact us if you believe information has been disclosed or used improperly.

Links to independently operated websites are provided for convenience. Their own privacy notices govern the information you provide to them.
