UTIS began with SQL Server and data engineering. Today, that foundation connects the work we do: preparing data, building reporting people can use, engineering cloud systems and applying AI to defined business problems.
A hands-on data architect leads the firm. Architect-led recruiting and specialist interviews assess technical and domain fit before a candidate reaches the client. Delivery support stays connected to client feedback, agreed responsibilities and knowledge transfer.

We provide technical staffing, embedded consultants and defined project delivery, and we are expanding managed services. Many consulting relationships began with staffing. We assess technical fit and agree the scope and responsibilities for each engagement.
How do you assess an engineer for our role?
Recruiting is led by a production software architect with recruiting experience since 2011. After the initial assessment, technology and domain specialists interview the candidate. Before the profile reaches your team, we prepare a recommendation covering strengths, gaps and role fit.
Can we contract directly with UTIS?
Our anchor clients contract directly with UTIS. Available structures include time-and-materials engagements and scoped statements of work. Managed-service terms are agreed for the particular service.
