How we work
Scope a consulting project, add engineers to your team or discuss ongoing support. Choose US onshore, Brazil nearshore or India offshore delivery to fit your time zone and budget. We agree responsibilities, working hours and commercial terms around your needs.
Ways to work together
Choose how the work is owned.
Engineering capacity within your team.
An agreed scope and reviewed deliverables.
Ownership of agreed operational work.
A practical starting point
Many UTIS consulting engagements began with staffing. An architect assesses the role and the candidate, technology and domain specialists test the fit, and your team receives a written recommendation. As your needs grow, we can discuss a wider engineering scope.

| What we define first | Role, stack, seniority, location and access. | Scope, dependencies, deliverables and acceptance. | Supported systems, coverage, staffing and service levels. |
Procurement & delivery
A production software architect reviews role fit, followed by technology and domain interviews. Your team receives a recommendation covering strengths, gaps and areas to validate.
Agree responsibilities and commercial terms under your MSA or ours. Employment or supplier arrangements are assessed for the role; project work can use time-and-materials or milestone-based terms.
Our legal and payroll teams coordinate eligible sponsorship, multi-state work-location requirements and onboarding. Required checks, authorization and access are reviewed before the agreed start.
Regular check-ins, quarterly stakeholder ratings and documented knowledge transfer. Platform handovers include named successors.
Before we start
What to expect when you work with UTIS.
Start by sending an inquiry about the skills, responsibilities and delivery requirements you need. We then present technically assessed engineers or define a delivery team. Timing depends on the role, availability and your onboarding requirements; we agree it with you before making a commitment.
We can use your master services agreement or ours, with W-2 employees, 1099 independent contractors or company-to-company subcontractors. Projects can be billed hourly, with weekly hours approval, or against agreed milestones. Fixed monthly or capacity-based pricing can be scoped for managed services. Our long-standing clients contract with UTIS directly, without an intermediary supplier.
Knowledge transfer is documented when team membership changes, and platform handovers include agreed support responsibilities. Our delivery team spans the US, Brazil and India. If your team wants to hire a UTIS consultant full-time, we support the transition and agree the arrangements for that engagement.
Engineers work within your agreed systems, access controls and tools; client data remains in that environment. UTIS India Private Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary. Any partner-vendor arrangement requires client approval and must meet the applicable obligations. We agree access, staffing, location and onsite requirements for each engagement.
