Is my meeting confirmed when I submit?

Submitting sends your preferred date, time and discussion details to UTIS. We will confirm availability and send meeting details by email. The website does not reserve a calendar slot.

Which times can I choose?

Choose a weekday at least 48 hours ahead, in Pacific Time. Meetings last 30 minutes, with start times from 10:30 a.m. through 2:30 p.m., finishing by 3:00 p.m.

What contract structures do you offer?

We can use your master services agreement or ours, with W-2 employees, 1099 independent contractors or company-to-company subcontractors. Projects can be billed hourly, with weekly hours approval, or against agreed milestones. Fixed monthly or capacity-based pricing can be scoped for managed services. Our long-standing clients contract with UTIS directly, without an intermediary supplier.
